Regional Sales Director - Midwest
Our client is an 8 year old profitable and rapidly growing, Pre-IPO software company. The company is looking to hire a talented sales manager based in Chicago or Indianapolis to build and manage a 12 person sales team based in the Midwest. Responsibilities from a home based office will include developing, managing, and motivating the team to exceed sales goals, hiring and training of all reps and providing critical field input for corporate strategy development. Typical sales cycle is anywhere from 30 days to 6
months or more with call points at the C level as well as Marketing
Executive level across all vertical markets.

In order to be considered for this position the candidate MUST possess:
• A minimum of 3 years of corporate sales management experience in the software industry as well as documented success as a leader, mentor, and coach.

• Proven sales/sales management success within a software (ERP, CRM, ASP, SaaS, etc.), consulting services, outsourcing solutions (B-B Business process outsourcing is ideal), or web based solutions (web conferencing preferred). ***All candidates with sales experience outside of these areas will not be considered.

• Strategic selling expertise with specific sales training in Miller Heiman or Sandler a plus.

• Ability to work independently out of a home based office.
• Willingness to work hard to achieve above average results.
• Base plus commission package will total $200K + at plan uncapped.

Business Development Manager - Detroit
Our client is an 8 year old profitable and rapidly growing, Pre-IPO software
company. The company is looking to hire a talented sales professional
based in Detroit to build and grow a local territory. Responsibilities from
a home based office will include strategic selling (in depth prospecting,
needs analysis, and closing) the company’s offerings with deals ranging from
$10,000-$100K plus. Typical sales cycle will be anywhere from 30 days to 6
months or more with call points at the C level as well as Marketing
Executive level across all vertical markets.
In order to be considered for this position the candidate MUST possess:


-"Hunter" mentality with proven ability to prospect in a territory. Prospecting will be a major portion of the position.

-Proven sales success within a software (ERP, CRM, ASP, SaaS, etc.), consulting services, outsourcing solutions (B-B Business process outsourcing is ideal), or web based solutions (web conferencing preferred). ***All
candidates with sales experience outside of these areas will not be considered.

-Strategic selling expertise with specific sales training in Miller Heiman or Sandler a plus.

Product Manager - Raleigh
Currently, we are looking to help a medical device client of ours fill a Product Manager role for one of their main product lines based out of Raleigh, NC.

The candidate our client is looking to hire will manage one of their main product lines that maintains a competitive advantage versus their competitors. Responsibility will include day-to-day marketing initiatives to help drive sales revenue as well as communicating with the physician community to help understand end user needs clearly. Candidate will develop short and long term marketing initiatives and product strategies within their specified market and will be responsible for building and managing a
speaker’s panel through the creation of centers of excellence.


Qualified candidates MUST HAVE:
-1-5 years of Marketing experience with at least 1-2 years in a medical device company. 3-5 years of successful medical device sales experience will be considered as well.
-Prior sales experience in the medical device industry is a major plus.
-Solid track record of accomplishments and stable job history.

Director of Internal Audit

Currently, we are in the process of helping a 750 employee, rapidly growing Financial Services company based just outside of Detroit, fill a critical need for a Director of Internal Audit.

The primary responsibility of this position is to lead a department whose purpose is to provide an independent, objective, assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve the Company’s operations. This
person will be instrumental in designing and executing a value-added, non-punitive audit process that improves the effectiveness of the organizations business processes. The Internal Audit department was
formally established in 2001 and has since developed into a valued and well-supported function within the Company. Given the relatively centralized nature of the organization, this position has very little travel.
To be considered for this position, candidates MUST have:

-CPA with experience at a large national public accounting firm and/or experience within an internal audit department.
-Ability to serve as a leader within the Company and participate as a member of the Operating committee.
-Up to date knowledge of SEC and SOX rules.
-Hands on Management style, highly driven with a passion for understanding processes and risk.
